2005 - Established and managed marketing research study for corporate brand positioning, assisted in launch of new corporate identity. Developed robust, detailed marketing plans for biometrics and regulatory affairs service brands (global sales totaling $75,000,000/yr.). Tradeshow management generated $10,000,000 in new business and over 1000 leads
2002 - Managed the development of a new division brand name and identity which included, competitive analysis, positioning, logo development and copy/promotional strategies that resulted in 150% sales increase in a key synthetic lubricants distribution channel. Award winning advertisements were developed representing highest informative, attention getting ability, and believability scores. One display advertisement generated 180 leads
1998 - Generated a 145% ROI through a fund raising brochure for the Cincinnati Zoo. Created new consumer product launches - innovative plastic sports bottle and the world’s first mutual fund based on investing in companies dedicated to the development of the Internet (WWW Internet Fund) 9 Lives direct marketing campaign resulted in 70% response rate.
1994 - Managed branding, packaging, marketing and sales promotion support that generated $1.2mm in revenue with Procter and Gamble. Brand extension intended to convert new users to Zest generated market share growth from 6.8 to 9.1 (representing a $12mm sales increase) Also supported other P & G brands – Bounty, Cascade, Folgers. Applied house cleanser experience for the re-positioning of the BarKeepers Friend brand.
1990 - Developed new display advertising concepts, generated 80 new clients in professional services industries: banks and financial institutions, investment banking, accounting and law firms, architectural and environmental engineering companies
1985 - Adjusting the marketing mix and new product development at AraMark Services garnered sales in excess of $3mm and 150% profit to forecast; facilitated $500mm acquisition and managed a staff of 30
1982 – Early entrant into Cintas’ world class, management training program. Hired, trained, and supervised line personnel, maintained and managed inventory, and assisted in a major acquisition
